2008 Summer and Fall Arts & Crafts Fairs

Summer Fair: Saturday, August 9         Fall Fair Saturday, October 25

Jurying for fair entries takes place monthly until the fairs. Notices of acceptance/rejection will then be sent to applicants after each jury session. If you have questions you would like answered about the fairs please email: marketing@artfulnm.org .

Notes:

1. For the fall fair there are a limited number of "electricity available" booths. These are available on a first come first serve basis. If you purchase a double booth and you request electricity, you must pay for both booths to have electricity. We will not allow booths that have not paid for electric to "share" with a neighboring electric booth. The electric fee is $20 per booth. If we are unable to assign an electric booth to you, you will receive your electricity fee(s) back. Acceptance into the fair does not mean that you have electricity, this will be determined when we layout the booths closer to the fall fair.
   
   
2. Please submit quality representation of your art work/crafts. We may use these images in our advertising if the quality is good and will include your name/ company name in the advertising. For jpeg images we would like to see something in the range of a 5x7 at 300dpi. Generally these images should be something between 600KB to 3,000 KB in storage size (around a megabyte image size seems be optimal). Images that display in less then the general region of a standard computer screen (1024x768) are too small for promotional purposes.
   
   
3. The Email for submitting media has changed from what is noted in the fair entry form. It is now marketing@artfulnm.org.
